Perpetually Perplexed

Our entire earth has become power hungry. Each and every individual needs immense amount of power - electrical power. And where does all this power come from? Thermal - how long does coal last? Hydel - looking at the status of rains this year , highly doubtful! Nuclear - dying from radiation is better than dying without electricity! So millennials and younger ones, find out innovative ways to get power, from our foot steps, when we exercise, when we jog (if we jog). Lit motors has the amazing car - which is not a car nor a bike, but a hybrid of both. It is compact like a bike and is to be driven like a bike. But has the stability of a car. And protects you from sun and rain, like a car. This stability is achieved using gyroscopes - they say. When I saw it (again) in discovery channel I vaguely remembered blogging about it. So I am writing about it again.  When I googled I got an article (from 2013) from WheelsUnplugged which said "the company has plans to sell its vehicle in china and India. And in India it will be priced around 4.4 lakhs. " I don't know what happened after that. Shall we all book one as soon as it launches here in India?

At times, when everything is mobile and everything is on mobile, there is at least one thing we expect to be fixed. Which is buildings - your homes and offices. I saw this vehicle in Discovery Science show. It looks like a box with two handles. And has two wheels at the bottom. It is more of electronic vehicle. Once charged will run for around 100 miles. Maximum speed is 40 kmph. And the battery unit can be detached and charged inside your homes. I think it is perfect for us ladies. But can it run on Indian roads? Could not find any info on google. When I searched in google images I found another vehicle. C1 electric motor cycle, which looks like a child of electric car and bike. Enclosed like a car. Can seat two people. But balances itself when stopped by Gyroscopic stabilizing system and claims to give 220 miles once charged. And after charging for 6 hours, it can  zoom at 120 mph!
