One of my resolutions was to write about positive news. To inspire people, to convince people that world has not become a terrible place, but has many good people. This week there was this positive news. A woman - Esha Gupta - is planning to take a bike journey alone on the golden quadrilateral. Most people( including me :) ), talk about politicians as if they are the root of all evil. But do we ever notice the good politicians who try to help people? Kimmane Ratnakar, Karnataka minister from Tirthahalli was traveling from his native town to Bangalore. He noticed a car sinking in a lake near Beguvalli. He jumped into the lake along with his guards and saved the family of six in the car. The car belonged to Uday, an electrical goods shop owner. Uday says it is like a rebirth to him and he does not thank the minister enough.  

I was about to add to be successful in life. Then that phrase coming from me will be wrong. Believe in yourself. You are capable of many things and you know it better than anybody else. Do not let others tell  you you are inferior in any way. Even if that other person is God. Again, you know what you are and if they do not see it, it is their problem. You may be feel others are smarter than you are, richer than you are or happier than you are. Most of the cases all these are dikhava. Do not do anything, just because somebody tells you it is good for you, but you are not able to find a rational reason behind it. Hear everyone out, but do what you feel is right. Even though it sounds too much of a cliche, there is a silver lining in every cloud. Even if you feel you are in the worst condition, who knows? God may be having some other plans for you. Like the saying - what the caterpillar says end of the world, butterfly says a new beginning.
