This lady either writes about roads or gods. Can't she think of any normal topics?
I know this is what you will be opining. I do think about other topics. But they are just not blog worthy. And gods and roads are harmless subjects which will surely not be offended.
Today I was seeing some spiritual or was it religious?, spiritual/religious channel. (spiritual is cool, religious is old fashioned and fundamentalist) There was a scroll at the bottom of the screen. Haven't visited our website yet, Visit www.......
At this rate one day, even the God will have a url. He will realize that his very existence is being threatened and unless he takes some drastic action, in the next term his opponent the Satan will be ruling. In order to improve his image, he aught to take some PR exercises. As a first step he can create a website, next may be a facebook page etc.
And he will ensure that if you are wearing a janivar (sacred thread - supposedly white thread to be worn by Brahmins - male brahmins) or shivdar (another thread with a shiva linga attached to it), you will be redirected to hindu site with all your gods in their full glory. If you are wearing a cross, then the site will be redirected to christian version of his site and so on. What if you are not wearing anything - by anything I mean religious ornaments - not attire. If you are not wearing anything, the site will be redirected to spiritual secular version of the site where the articles and terms used in them will be so high funda and so confusing that you will just nod your head vigoourously without understanding anything.
And the best part will be contact us - for polytheistic hindus - contact me - for monotheistic people. This link will let you directly mail to him. And who knows, it may even have his address. Ha! Finally you will find him. Where hundreds of years of tapas of sages have failed, you slightly confused, partial believer would succeed. Isn't it really great?

I have stopped blogging about road after I left full time job. I utilize that energy for finding a slightly less pot holed, slightly less crowded road when I need to go on the road. But God, this is one such rishta which will go on for a looong time.
