Eternal life(death?)

Do you want to live for ever and for ever? You never want to get old? You want to go where ever you want and whenever you want? That too at the speed of thought? I know the best method to achieve that. Be a ghost!!
If you are a ghost, you will never die. How can anyone kill a person (or ghost) who is already dead? You will never get old . Haven't you seen so many ghosts (in the movies) who look young and pretty centuries and centuries after. When there is no metabolism, there is no process of getting old. See how much you can save on anti-aging creams. You can go anywhere swiiiish, zooooom you appear (or is it apparate). No bus-charge, no traffic jam.
Now I wonder why didn't our lords Shiva, Vishnu etc never thought of these answers when Rakshasas did tapasya for eternal life.

Well, I was inspired by Bhoothnath Hindi film. What an idea madam jee!!
