A happy day

It has been a happy day so far. Because, I published my third android app into android market (now called google play).

In fact it is a game. But no fancy animation. No shooting. We believe in Gandhigiri. No car race either. It is just a brain game. It displays some 5  numbers and asks you to recollect them in the same order. You think it is a child's play? Think again.

And if you happen to own an android phone and have an inclination do download the game and play it. Here is the link: Test your memory  I am not naive, I know the chances are like 0.01%. But it is worth a try.

But was I not supposed to add some new revolutionary features to my hindi kannada keyboard app. Well, I am still working on it, okay. See I have family to fight with to take care of. Meals to cook one rice and one sambar and a raita if they are lucky. And I also have chores to keep grumbling about. And most important of all, I have 32 inch LCD TV which keeps showing some boring programs which I have to see again and again.

But I also realised that I can not really put ads in a keyboard. I struggle to fit all these 52 letters and balli in the keyboard. Where will I put ads. I do not want to be cursed by users of that app as well. So that app went to back burner.

The best worst news is I have resolved that by this year end, I will publish at least one more app. I know, today is 21st and I also know that weekends are meant for nagging and dragging husband to window shopping. And as I am writing this, I am supposed to be washing sink full of dishes, cooking the noon meals, go to library and renew the books, blog about atleast one mythological character for having brought the Hindu mythology book. But still...

You wait and see. As you will be partying on the new year eve and enjoying I will be releasing another android game into the market. Ha!

This must really go to facebook page. But since I am currently not in facebook, I am putting it here. If you feel any of your close ones or your friends and relatives are addicts or on the way of being addicts, introduce them to Alcoholic anonymous. They have meetings all over the Bangalore and in other towns in India also.  I have taken this list from AA India site . ಏನಾದರೂ ಆಗು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾನವನಾಗು

ಏನಾದರೂ ಆಗು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾನವನಾಗು says a kannada poem. We all need to know that and remember that phrase always. Whether it is IS or Sanathana sanstha, do these people not agree that we are all children of God? And if they agree, do they ever think about why HE  would want some of his children to be killed by other children? Did you know that the founder of this Sanstha was a hypnotist earlier and people have filed a case against him saying he uses hypnosis to convince people to join the organization and perpetrate violent acts? We the common men and women need to think about this.  Should we say that Hindu terrorism is justifiable because of the presence of muslim terrorism? And don't we want to become good humans first? With little bit of tolerance?
