I saw a woman asleep on the footpath today morning. Even disturbing fact is she was asleep on the footpath in the middle of flyover. I don't know her reasons but what I know is our government is doing precious little for such people. Now as the country is one of the growing powers, it can afford to start a social security system for disabled, old poor people. Don't tell me that our country does not have money for implementing such a system. You will not say that if you look at the lavish lifestyle our ministers and politicians are leading. They must be getting money from somewhere. Instead of spending millions of Rs for the wedding of children of politicians or for garland for politicians, it can be channelized here.
ಏನಾದರೂ ಆಗು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾನವನಾಗು says a kannada poem. We all need to know that and remember that phrase always. Whether it is IS or Sanathana sanstha, do these people not agree that we are all children of God? And if they agree, do they ever think about why HE would want some of his children to be killed by other children? Did you know that the founder of this Sanstha was a hypnotist earlier and people have filed a case against him saying he uses hypnosis to convince people to join the organization and perpetrate violent acts? We the common men and women need to think about this. Should we say that Hindu terrorism is justifiable because of the presence of muslim terrorism? And don't we want to become good humans first? With little bit of tolerance?
