Rules and rulers

Some terminology here
  • Monarchy : Rule of a king. 
  • Oligarchy : Rule of few people or rule where a small group of people who have strong influence in government
  • Democracy : Rule of people where people rule themselves
  • Aristocracy : Rule of privileged upper class
  • Autocracy : government in which one person has uncontrolled or unlimited authority over others
 Of course there is a newly coined term - meritocracy where smart people have large influence.


Now considering the current rule in our country, we all think autocracy may not be so bad. But an autocratic ruler does not like to hear arguments. So he will eliminate all people who do not agree with him which means most of the honest people would be removed. So he will end up surrounded by sycophants. 

Unless this autocratic ruler is having a very good heart and really wants to do good to people, the subjects will be doomed. 
  
BJP is asking vote for Modi, not for the party. And also Advani, Jaswant Singh etc are sidelined. We sure are headed towards autocracy - remember the days when India in Indira or some thing. 

And still we shout in our shrill voices - abki baar ......

This must really go to facebook page. But since I am currently not in facebook, I am putting it here. If you feel any of your close ones or your friends and relatives are addicts or on the way of being addicts, introduce them to Alcoholic anonymous. They have meetings all over the Bangalore and in other towns in India also.  I have taken this list from AA India site . ಏನಾದರೂ ಆಗು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾನವನಾಗು

ಏನಾದರೂ ಆಗು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾನವನಾಗು says a kannada poem. We all need to know that and remember that phrase always. Whether it is IS or Sanathana sanstha, do these people not agree that we are all children of God? And if they agree, do they ever think about why HE  would want some of his children to be killed by other children? Did you know that the founder of this Sanstha was a hypnotist earlier and people have filed a case against him saying he uses hypnosis to convince people to join the organization and perpetrate violent acts? We the common men and women need to think about this.  Should we say that Hindu terrorism is justifiable because of the presence of muslim terrorism? And don't we want to become good humans first? With little bit of tolerance?
